The findings indicate that increased student\u2013faculty interaction, use of effective teaching practices, and participation in research with faculty positively impact seniors&#8217; feelings of institutional acceptance. Additionally, student demographics, college experiences, and institutional characteristics also influence this aspect of belongingness.
